Before this I also wondered if there is any healthy recipe for birthday pancakes that can easily fit into my meal.  Yes! You can make fiber, high protein rich pancakes with protein powder, egg, banana, etc.

Curb your birthday cake craving with this chocolate protein pancake. You can add any flavor according to your preference.

Let’s start making pancakes.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 bananas
  • ¼ chocolate protein powder
  • 2 teaspoon coco powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Topping:  Strawberries (You can use any berry for topping as per your taste)

Instructions:

  • Preheat the frying pan before blending all the ingredients
  • Add bananas, eggs in a blender and blend it till bananas are properly mashed and eggs are mixed.
  • Add protein powder, cocoa powder and cinnamon and blend again for 30 seconds till the mixture is smooth
  • Put ¼ cup full on pre-heated grilled and cook until the shape of the pancakes begin to form and edges are not finished. Keep flipping till it is cooked
  • Pancakes are ready to serve and topped it with strawberries
  • Serve and Enjoy
