The Policy outlines our shipping procedures, estimated delivery timelines, tracking process, shipping responsibilities, and the steps followed in the event of delivery-related issues.

Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming that your order request has been received.

Before dispatch, each order undergoes a standard processing procedure, which may include:

• Preparation for shipment.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2 business days, subject to successful payment verification, product availability, operational requirements, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please note that receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been dispatched. Dispatch takes place only after the processing steps described above have been successfully completed.

Once your order has been dispatched, it is handed over to one of our authorised logistics partners for delivery.

Estimated delivery timelines generally range from 5 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your delivery location and courier service availability. Estimated delivery timelines commence from the date of dispatch and not from the date the order is placed.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors including:

• Destination;
• Remote or service-restricted locations;
• Public holidays;
• High order volumes;
• Weather conditions;
• Transportation disruptions; or
• Other circumstances beyond BodyandStrength's reasonable control.

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are indicative and cannot be guaranteed.

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, BodyandStrength may offer promotional shipping benefits, including free shipping on eligible orders or during promotional campaigns. The terms and conditions of such offers will be communicated at the time of the promotion.

Any applicable taxes or additional delivery charges will also be displayed, where required, before your order is confirmed.

Once your order has been dispatched, BodyandStrength will provide shipment tracking information through the communication channels available for your order, such as email, SMS, or your account on the Platform, where applicable.

Tracking information generally includes:

• Shipment confirmation;
• Courier partner details;
• Tracking number; and
• Shipment status updates.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to become available after the shipment has been handed over to the logistics partner.

Customers are encouraged to monitor the tracking updates regularly to stay informed about the delivery status of their orders.

BodyandStrength works with authorised logistics partners to deliver your order to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

• The shipping address is complete and accurate;
• The contact number is correct and reachable; and
• Someone is available to receive the delivery, where required.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our logistics partner may make additional delivery attempts in accordance with its operational practices before returning the shipment.

Where available, customers may also receive communication from the courier partner regarding delivery scheduling or re-attempts.

Although BodyandStrength makes every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery delays may result from factors including:

• Adverse weather conditions;
• Public holidays;
• High order volumes;
• Transportation or logistics disruptions;
• Government restrictions;
• Customs or regulatory procedures, where applicable;
• Natural disasters; or
• Other force majeure events.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your shipment, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed using the contact details associated with your order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

This includes:

• Recipient name;
• Delivery address;

• Mobile number; and
• Any other information necessary for successful delivery.

BodyandStrength shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

Where an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, BodyandStrength may contact the customer to arrange re-dispatch, subject to applicable shipping charges and operational feasibility.

If you believe that your shipment has been lost, significantly delayed, or has not been delivered despite the tracking information indicating otherwise, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as reasonably possible.

Upon receiving your request, BodyandStrength will:

• Coordinate with the logistics partner;
• Investigate the reported issue; and
• Determine the appropriate resolution based on the outcome of the investigation.

Where appropriate, the resolution may include:

• Confirmation of delivery;
• Re-dispatch of the order;
• Replacement of eligible products; or
• Refund, in accordance with our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

BodyandStrength may revise or update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our logistics operations, business practices, technology, or applicable laws.

Any updated version of this Policy will be published on the Platform together with the revised Effective Date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Policy becomes effective constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Shipping Policy.
