    Hi Pradeep, I am Karan kapoor, I currently weigh 120Kgs. I have gained and lost weight in last few years but couldnot sustain the changes. I am a patient of ankylosing spondylitis and osteoporosis. I have spinal fusion done l3-l5. And l1-l2 fused naturally after an injury. Also i am facing knee pain right now without any known issue. Can you help me figure out what can be done to reach a healthhy and symptom free body.

    I am glad to hear from you and would love to suggest you certain things which i strictly follow in my daily routine as well.
         Firstly you have to understand that its a lifestyle. You have to be very particular and consistent when it comes to maintaing or losing weight. Here are a few suggestions that i strongly suggest that you include/exclude in your life.
     
    1. NO OIL
    2. NO ALCOHOL
    3. AVOID DAIRY PRODUCTS
    4. NO MEAL POST 8 IN THE EVENING
    5. NO SWEETS
    6. BE EXTRA HYDRATED
    7. AVOID NON VEG
    8. NO FRIED FOODS
     
    Also in your case what i would recommend is please seek doctors advise on a regular basis and keep me updated with your progress.
