  • Eat clean: Throughout the day, make a habit of eating healthy food and have lots of water.
  • Stay active: Throughout the day, stay active and choose physical activity over sedentary work wherever you can so that in the end of the day, your body feels the need to rest properly and hence, you shall sleep on time.

Sleep disorder may not be deadly, but it affects your quality of life so often and so severely that they can disrupt your thinking, weight, work performance, mental health and your general physical health.
