Shoulders & Arms - Day 5

Hello! Welcome to LBD Workout Day 5 with your Fitness coach Priyanka. Today we are going to show how to build a set of strong shoulders and arms that must be consistent with your body!!

Today we are going to do a shoulder and arms workout, only to stimulate the muscles to help in the upper body lifts, nothing too heavy and we are going to do a workout on deltoids, biceps, and triceps. These shoulder and arm exercises will help show you how to lose arm fat (bingo wings) and get toned slim shoulders. You can use a set of weights or dumbbells. Start with seated shoulder press lateral raise, bent overfly, superset, preacher curl, cable-cross tricep pushdown!! Burn fat and hourglass sculpt at gym workout challenge! Get sexy shoulders and arms!!
