When we make our daily meals, first thought that strikes is of a salad because it is easy to prepare and healthy too but eating salad on a daily basis can be boring so, experiment with your salad and try this healthy and enticing salad made of spinach, chicken and pomegranate.
When you eat salad in our meal after sometime you start craving for some food but after this delicious salad you’ll not crave for anything.

Try this lavish and filling salad that contains ingredients like spinach that is rich in vitamins, proteins, iron and minerals, chicken that strengthens the muscles and bones and pomegranate is full of minerals and fibre. This dish is colourful and healthy to eat. It makes for a meal of one time.

Ingredients
For the Marinade:
- 2 tablespoon of squeeze lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- Pinch of pepper and salt
For the Salad:
Baby Spinach
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1 small bowl of Pomegranate
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Avocado chopped
For the Dressing:
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Raw Honey
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Method
- Mix the marinade ingredients and coat the chicken on both sides. Leave it in a fridge for two hours
- Put a grilled pan on medium-high heat and grill the chicken for about 5 minutes per side
- While chicken is cooking, mix all the salad ingredients, spinach, pomegranate, red onion and avocado
- Once the chicken is cooked, transfer the chicken to a chopping board, slice it in small pieces and mix in with the salad
- In a different bowl mix all the ingredient of dressing vinegar, raw honey and olive oil
- Now put the salad dressing on the salad, mix well and serve
The rich, delectable and super-healthy salad is ready to savour.
