If you’re looking for a mouth –watering dessert or cookies for the party, it is not a bad idea. Well, we all know that the holiday season is the most difficult to diet but how about relishing a dessert and getting fitter with it. How? Well, here’s the best healthy recipe. If you are planning to prepare the dessert for a Christmas party, the guests are really going to thank you for the healthy and tasty cookies. They are prepared in no time and are the simplest to make.

Cook Time: 8 minutes

Total Time: 13 minutes


  1. 3 small Bananas (mashed)
  2. ¾ C Sweetened Coconut Flakes
  3. 22/3 scoops Protein Powder (vanilla)


  1. 1 scoop Protein Powder Vanilla
  2. 1 tablespoon Stevia
  3. 1-2 spoon of Almond & Cashew
  4. 1 tiny drop of Peppermint Extract  (It’s optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 360 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Peel bananas and mash with a fork or spoon before adding coconut flakes and proteins in it.
  3. Put mixture in 12 small circles with the help of spoon onto baking sheet. If you need to make extra cookies then use two baking sheets to spread the mixture.
  4. Bake for 7-9 minutes or until the tops are no longer pulpy or moist. After removing the cookies from the oven allow cookies to cool and then add frosting.
  5. Mix protein powder, stevia and a low-calories liquid of your choice in a small bowl. If you’d like to have peppermint flavoured cookies, add a tiny drop of peppermint extract. Keep in mind that a little more amount of peppermint can make it too minty. So, be careful.
