Well, we all know that the holiday season is the most difficult to diet but how about relishing a dessert and getting fitter with it. How? Well, here’s the best healthy recipe. If you are planning to prepare the dessert for a Christmas party, the guests are really going to thank you for the healthy and tasty cookies. They are prepared in no time and are the simplest to make.

Ingredients
- 3 small Bananas (mashed)
- ¾ C Sweetened Coconut Flakes
- 22/3 scoops Protein Powder (vanilla)

Frosting
- 1 scoop Protein Powder Vanilla
- 1 tablespoon Stevia
- 1-2 spoon of Almond & Cashew
- 1 tiny drop of Peppermint Extract (It’s optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 360 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Peel bananas and mash with a fork or spoon before adding coconut flakes and proteins in it.
- Put mixture in 12 small circles with the help of spoon onto baking sheet. If you need to make extra cookies then use two baking sheets to spread the mixture.
- Bake for 7-9 minutes or until the tops are no longer pulpy or moist. After removing the cookies from the oven allow cookies to cool and then add frosting.
- Mix protein powder, stevia and a low-calories liquid of your choice in a small bowl. If you’d like to have peppermint flavoured cookies, add a tiny drop of peppermint extract. Keep in mind that a little more amount of peppermint can make it too minty. So, be careful.
