3. Cardio is best for weight loss

No doubt cardio is very effective for weight loss but it’s not the only option to lose weight. If you don’t like do cardio or want to change the routine then you can try strength training.
Strength training can be proved better option in reducing weight. Diet also plays a major role in reducing weight because doing only training is not enough. Strength training results in lean muscle mass and less body fat, these things you cannot achieve with cardio only! Strength training has numerous benefits like increase bone density, better balance, mobility, etc. It is also helpful in diseases like heart diseases, diabetes and back pain.
4. Men and Women cannot do same exercises

It is obvious that men and women have different biological make-up such as hormones, muscles, etc. so, many people may have this question that men and women should train differently. But answer is NO. Because men and women can perform the same exercises and women can hit as hard as men can do in his training session.
5. Longer workout will lead to more benefits
It depends on the type of the workout that you are doing; it also depends on the goals that you have. If you want to get the leaner body then perform short high intensity exercises, if you want to get a muscular body then perform high intensity workout and if your goal is to be fit and healthy then make exercises your habit.
Exercise harder no longer. Proper exercises perform at right and higher intensity will lead you to get more health benefits instead of longer workout.
