I am Rohit Shetty a 31 year-old. I am a qualified catering professional and certified sports and nutrition specialist. I am a professional bodybuilder with several titles from local, state, inter-state and national level. My love for bodybuilding developed at a very early age of 10 years when I was inspired by muscular HE – MAN & GI JO toys and wanted to become like them one day.
Bodybuilding is not a part time job for me it is full time job which requires your 100% efforts you cannot skip it even for once. You have to eat, sleep and workout in a right proportion for a successful bodybuilding career.
I started doing exercises like push-ups and squats in a locked room as my parents had a fear or misconception that my growth would be stop if I will do workout at early stage. But later my parents understood my dreams and supported me in conquering my dreams. It started working out in 2001 and never looked back since. First time I stepped into a gym with my father who has been my biggest support in my journey.

It started working out in 2001 and never looked back since. First time I stepped into a gym with my father who has been my biggest support in my journey.
I had zero knowledge of nutrition that lead me to an unhealthy lifestyle. From being a lanky teenager to an obese youngster I have been through all the stages fighting all odds. It was the toughest phase of my life.
In 2010, I started competing professionally and won 4 titles in a row.
I want to advice the aspiring bodybuilders to be focused and determined towards your goals along with your training. Young athletes should not worry because bodybuilding is getting exposure now bodybuilders have the opportunity to showcase their talent at international stage. So keep working on your goals.

I believe in ‘Never Give Up’, No matter what comes to you but never give up. With Sheer determination and passion you can achieve your goals.
