Start with 15 reps push press, jumping lunges, suitcase squats, lunge shoulder press, skaters, and inverted rows. Work your way up until you get to 10-15% of your body weight! This Metabolic Conditioning Workout kicks butt - 12 tough, total body exercises for a short, effective workout.  Make sure you start with the MetCon Warm up!
