Mahey made his name in Men’s Physique Championship by participating in international bodybuiding shows consistently and giving some of the winning performances on stage. Indian bodybuilding industry has shown and proven its mettle time and again and this year has been exceptional with series of good news on this front.
Mahey Alam is a personal trainer and a fitness coach having an experienceof over 10 years which helped him transform many bodies and lives of many people. He is a Delhi based athlete who owns a gym called Mahey Fitness located at Palm Springs Hotel, Naraina.
He fulfilled his dream of becoming an international athlete and fitness model and represented the country in numerous international contests. He won gold medal last week in Men's Physique Bodybuilding contest on December 14, 2019 at Battle of Texas,USA.
Earlier this year, he competed in Italy and won silver medal in July. In the month of October, he competed in London and secured a place in top 7. This shows his constant hardwork and dedication towards this sport. For this kind of performance, one needs to be in shape whole of the year and it is not at all an easy task.
