I am Kimberly Pereira, a 30 year-old from Mumbai. I am currently working with a Digital and Marketing Research Agency in Mumbai as a Client Success Manager.
I am a Brand Ambassador for the IDBI Federal Life Insurance Mumbai Half Marathon 2018 Associated as Event Ambassador and Marathon running pacer with various marathons across India. I have done more than 30 Half Marathons, won many awards in my running journey which include; Runners for Rivers -1st Position (2016) IL&FS -2nd Position (2017) Kundalika River Marathon-3rd Position (2017) Goregoan Sports Run -1st Position (2018) Pennant Kalyan Dombivali Run- 3rd Position ( 2018) Pune City Half Marathon- 1stPosition (2018) Kanakia Monsoon run- 2nd Position (2018).

I hold the 2nd Runners up for the most improved marathon runner 2018 by Mumbai Road Runners. I am winner of the Biggest Loser Wellness Corporate Challenge and featured in Mumbai Mirror on the 5th of Oct 2014. My fitness journey has been featured in the Lifestyle Magazine in the October 2018 edition and the Perfect Woman Magazine in the Feb 2019 edition.
Well, Life to me has been overall an amazing and a learning experience till date. I have faced many ups and downs. I have cherished and celebrated the moments of happiness and the moments where I failed I was dishearten but at the same time I did overcome the same by learning, learning from my mistakes, learning what did go right and finding a solution to the problem. I continue to do so by living in the moment, taking each day in its stride as it comes with a positive spirit.

Prioritize is the key I must say.You cannot have it all, all at once! It is important to balance and manage time by making choices and enjoying those choices.
In 2014, Due to my ill health conditions and I felt it is the time and turning point in my life to now get healthier, stronger, and feel better about myself.
I do stretching before and after every run, Core workouts, High-intensity training twice a week. My workout schedules also comprise of hill running, Tempo runs, Interval training and Long distance running all of it depends on my schedule set for the week and it varies.
Breakfast is usually a bowl of cereal with milk, oatmeal, or two eggs, plus a cup of coffee or tea. Lunch is while I'm working mostly so I ensure I get my home made food that usually includes Chapattis, cereals and vegetables and curd. For dinner I usually eat the same thing as for lunch and on weekends would prefer to have non-veg (Chicken only).
