Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of unsweetened plain almond milk
  • ¾ chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • ½ cup gluten-free oats

Toppings:

  • Sliced Bananas, strawberries or raspberries
  • Chia Seeds

  • Calories 336
  • Fat: 12 g
  • Carbohydrate: 46 g
  • Protein: 11 g

Instructions:

  • In a large jar or an airtight container add almond milk, mashed banana, peanut butter and chia seeds and stir it with a spoon to combine
  • Add oats again stir to combine make sure all oats has been moistened in the almond milk.
  • Cover it up with a plastic wrap (if you have taken a jar) or close an airtight container.
  • Place it in the fridge overnight for at least 8 to 10 hours.
  • In the morning add almond milk (if you want) and heat up the whole jar of mixture.
  • Add peanut butter and garnish with sliced bananas, strawberries or raspberries and chia seeds.
