Keto Idli: A Quick & Healthy Breakfast by Kanika Khanna

It is no more a task to prepare delicious keto recipe which helps you reach your weight loss target and keeps your senses satiated at the same time. Kanika Khanna shows you a lip-smacking innovative recipe which can make for a healthy meal any time of the day!

Serves: 2 (8 pieces)

Ingredients

  • Full fat Paneer 100g
  • Coconut flour (25g) 1/2 small bowl
  • Psyllium husk (10g) (1/2 small bowl)
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2tsp (olive oil)
  • Hung curd 1tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required

  • Carbs: 16.4g
  • Protein: 23.5g
  • Fat: 34g

Method

  1. In a mixer jar, add all the dry ingredients 
  2. Then add paneer, oil, and hung curd and churn it 
  3. The consistency should be like a soft dough if not, add little water to it 
  4. Take it out and divide into 8 parts
  5. Roll each into rounds and flatten a bit as shown in the video 
  6. Now grease the idli-maker stand and put the flattened dough there 
  7. Now steam in idli-maker for 3 minutes
  8. Take it out 
  9. Serve hot with coconut chutney and Keto sambar  

Note: The batter of idli should be soft but holdable
