Ingredients
- Full fat Paneer 100g
- Coconut flour (25g) 1/2 small bowl
- Psyllium husk (10g) (1/2 small bowl)
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2tsp (olive oil)
- Hung curd 1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as required

Method
- In a mixer jar, add all the dry ingredients
- Then add paneer, oil, and hung curd and churn it
- The consistency should be like a soft dough if not, add little water to it
- Take it out and divide into 8 parts
- Roll each into rounds and flatten a bit as shown in the video
- Now grease the idli-maker stand and put the flattened dough there
- Now steam in idli-maker for 3 minutes
- Take it out
- Serve hot with coconut chutney and Keto sambar
Note: The batter of idli should be soft but holdable
