Before answering this question I would like to answer the question why is health important to us. A healthy person is one who is taking good nutrition and happy inside, perhaps since ages food is seen as its most important ingredient. Healthy food does take care of nutrition and in turn makes you happier.

The era of wanting to lose weight is justified in today’s world. The percentage of people who think that constantly eating food in a gap of an hour or two will only add on to their weight, is high. But this is not the scenario. To take a clear picture, we should know what happens if we take only 3 meals a day.
