A human body generates Vitamin D response to sun exposure. You can also boost calcium, joint pain and vitamin D3 through supplements.

This era is of social media, now a days, how children and adults are very used to it, as a result they are sedentary most of the times and hence, deficiencies such as that of calcium, vitamin and also, they experience muscles weakness. It is very common to everyone.

Vitamins are nutrients that the body cannot create, so we have to include them in the diet itself. However, the body can produce vitamin D.

Vitamin D and calcium are essential for many reasons including maintaining healthy teeth, bones and muscles. There are several products available in the market which protect against a variety of diseases and health related conditions due to calcium and vitamin D deficiency.

1. Healthy bones

Vitamin D plays a significant role in the regulation of calcium and maintenance of phosphorus level in the blood. People need vitamin D to allow their body simulate and absorb calcium and regenerate that the kidneys would otherwise excrete. Similarly, in children can cause rickets, which leads to a severely bowlegged appearance due to the softening of the bones, same as with adults they can cause manifests as osteomalacia or softening of their bones, which promotes bad bone density and muscular weakness.

2. Muscle Contraction

Children and adults are not into calcium foods like milk, egg and full of calcium food supplements, which cause deficiency in protein.  Calcium helps regulate muscle contraction. When a nerve stimulates a muscles, the body release calcium. The calcium helps the proteins in muscle carry out the work of contraction.

3.Joint Pain

Joint pain mostly is seen in senior citizens, that is discomfort occuring from any joint. This is the place where two or more bones meet. It is called arthritis or arthralgia. Joint pain can be mils, causing some soreness each time you move your joint. In this age body can’t produce calcium and vitamins, it needs calcium supplement and there are some joint support supplements which are suitable to every senior citizen.
