- In a blender, pour in 30 gms of My Fitness Rolled Oats, 2 egg whites, Gibbon Nutrition WHEY Protein, add seasoning as per taste and mix it well.
- Blend until smooth
- Pre-heat a pan for 10 mins over medium heat. Once warmed, pour pancake butter in the pan in round circles
- Cook for 2-3 mins on one side. Turnover and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
