There are many ways in which you can perform HIIT workout. But he does simple giant sets. It will go to increase your heart rate and this workout will target the three major muscles- pectorals, latisdorsi and deltos.

Most probably all of you have heard about the popular workout to lose weight called HIIT workout. People want to look slim, toned and beautiful. In fact everyone wants to know the tricks of getting rid of extra kilos!

First benefit of HIIT is that it burns calories. You can burn more calories by increasing the intensity of the workout.

Giant Set 1

1. Pull-Up

Pull ups are the most effective upper body exercise that helps in strengthen the muscles of back and biceps. This also helps in developing grip that helps in other exercises like deadlift.

2. Parallel Bar Dip

Parallel Bar Dips are one of the great exercise to build upper strength and muscles of the shoulders, arms and lower chest.

3. Push-up

It is one of the easiest movement, it almost activates the every muscles of the body. The best benefit of this exercise is that it stretches the back and biceps muscles. It also improves the flexibility that avoids the injuries.

4. Frog Jumps

Frog jump is one of the effective intense exercise that works in legs, arms, core and back muscles.

Frog jump is the exercises which can simply transform your physique as it targets the upper and middle body.

5. Criss-Cross Jump

Criss-Cross is an exercise that targets hamstrings and quadriceps and also involves abs, calves and glutes. This exercise is perfect to tone lower body muscles and legs while increase heart rate will help in burning fat.

Don’t choose the bench with too much height keep it short.

6. Box/Bench Jumps

This movement tones your thighs and buttocks. It also helps in conditioning the body and build muscles.

Box / Bench Jump is an explosiveness movement. This exercise is beneficial in all the sports that involve jumping.  There are couple of things that you have to take care in performing box jump- when you jump and land that your knees don’t collapse in.

If you didn’t ever did this exercise then don’t go with too much height keep it short.
