When you want to eat something delicious but healthy also!
Here we have come with a solution to our daily struggles in the form of ice-cream. I guess one cannot get enough of homemade ice recipe. Especially when it is strawberry flavored.
When it’s too hot outside the ice cream is the welcomed solace.
Summer hikes up the demand of ice cream among all the age groups but if you are a fitness freak and don’t want to eat unhealthy flavored ice cream from outside then you must try this healthy ice cream which can be easily prepared at home and gives you a hearty guilt-free binge!

So let’s get ready to cool it off with this healthy ice cream topped with protein!
Ingredients:
- Ripe Bananas
- 4 Cup Strawberries
- 1 Cup Cream
- 1 Spoon Honey
- 2 Scoops of Whey Protein (44 g)
Note: We added strawberry flavored whey protein but you can add any flavored protein as per your taste.
How to make it:
- First slice bananas and strawberries
- Arrange them in a baking sheet lined in a row and put the tray in the freezer for about 2 hours.
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, bananas, cream and vanilla extract. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth. It will take time to reach the perfect texture.
- For topping use the banana slices and nuts. It will give the ice cream a perfect look.
- Now it is ready to serve.
You can eat it straight away as soft-serve but if you want to give it a firm texture and consistency then transfer it to a metal container and freeze for 3 to 4 hours.
