Under the banner of Indian Body Builders Federation Tamil Nadu Amateur Body Building Association organised 12^th Mr India Senior Men’s & Women Bodybuilding & 7^th Men’s & Women Physique Sports National Championship 2019 on 29^th March-31^st March, 2019 at Late Col. Jeppiaar Auditorium, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

IBFF India Cup 2019

For the first time IBFF India Cup 2019 was organised in India. The competition was held on March 31, 2019 at The Lalit, CP, New Delhi.

The international bodybuilding federation has taken on board a very competent and passionate team from India to flag off the first bodybuilding show of its kind with 12+ categories. The highlight of the event was Transman bodybuilding category where transmengot a stage category in any bodybuilding event in India for the first time.

This bodybuilding competition was fair, just and athlete-centric in characteristic. Athletes took back a memorable experience, international standard exposure and prizes home. There were prizes worth 15 lakhs to be won and for the first time, a bodybuilding event was organized in The Lalit, a 5-star hotel. The intension was to make athletes feel important and boost their confidence in every way possible.
