Harsh Arya is a certified Master Trainer, Sports Nutritioinist, and trained to train Special Population. He is an IMT Ghaziabad and BITS Pilani Alumni. Having worked in Aviation and Manufacturing sector for years, Harsh always had an inclination towards fitness and approaching it via the most optimal path. This approach led him to pursue various courses from the field of fitness. He daily devotes a big chunk of time towards learning, practical application of those principles.
