Hannah is internationally certified in Group Classes from Les Mills. She teaches a range of group classes which involve dance, kickboxing, mat pilates, yoga, spinning, etc. She is also a certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist from the American Council of Sports Medicine and now she serves as freelance Lifestyle Management Coach. Apart from this, she is a CrossFit L1, a TRX internationally certified coach.

Hannah enjoys exploring each every form of fitness training from primitive Kallaripayatu to new age Marathons and Everest Basecamp. She has worked in an array of TV commercials wherein a certain aspect of fitness has to be depicted.
