Ingredients

  • Broccoli – 400 g
  • Pine nuts – 1 cup
  • Ginger – 2 cloves
  • Olive oils – 1/2 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Spinach Leaves and Tomato for garnishing

Note: You can add salt according to your taste.

Preparations

  • Start with the chopping of Broccoli and garlic thinly.
  • Put a pan over a heat and allow it to heat.
  • Add olive oil and pine nuts in the pan and toast them until brown.
  • Add broccoli and stir fry on high heat for about two to three minutes.
  • After transferring the broccoli and pine nuts in a large bowl. Add lemon and salt.
  • Garnish it with tomatoes and spinach leaves. Now dish is ready to serve.
